Delete your HfreeO account

If you can still sign in, the quickest way is in the app: Profile, then Personal details or Privacy, then Delete account. That runs straight away.

If you cannot get into the app, email us and we will do it for you. Send it from the address you signed up with if you can, so we can find the right account.

Email us to delete your account

Or write to support@hfreeo.com yourself with the subject “Delete my HfreeO account”. We answer within one calendar month, and normally much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, photo and username
• Your Seeds, streak, badges and crew
• Your Profile Boost answers and saved offers
• Our app notifications to you

Our email and analytics tools finish clearing your details within a month.

What we keep, and why

Your orders and your Shopify customer record, if you have either: your name, email, phone number and address, and whether you signed up to our emails. Shopify holds these as our sales record, and we keep a copy. To stop our emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them.

• If you joined on a friend’s invite and ordered, a note of that, so the invite cannot pay out twice.
• Counts of scans, prize draws and partner rewards, and our security log, with nothing that links them to you.
• A note that you deleted your account, and when.
