Delivery

Included in the price

Delivery is in every carton price, so you never have to leave the sofa. There's no delivery charge at checkout and no minimum spend.

When it ships

The first cartons ship in early November. Order before then and it's a pre-order: you pay when you order, and it leaves our UK warehouse on the date shown at checkout.

Once we're shipping, an order placed by 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, leaves the same day. Order after 2pm or at the weekend and it leaves the next working day.

How it's sent

We send parcels tracked with Evri. Most arrive 2 to 3 working days after they leave us, and you get a tracking link by email when yours does. Each website order is one carton, and no parcel holds more than 24 cans.

Where we deliver

We deliver to UK addresses only. We can't deliver to BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

Some areas take 1 to 2 working days longer: Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), the Isle of Wight (PO30 to PO41), the Isles of Scilly (TR21 to TR25), Scottish postcodes starting HS, IV, KW or ZE, and some AB, FK, KA, PA and PH postcodes.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in the email we send when your parcel leaves.

Changing your address

Please check your address before you pay. You can change it until your order leaves our warehouse: email support@hfreeo.com straight away with your order number and the new address. Once it has left us, it can't be changed.

If something goes wrong

A damaged can or the wrong carton. Email support@hfreeo.com with your order number and a photo, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and one of the team will be in touch.

A parcel that doesn't arrive. Check your tracking link first, and if it says your parcel's waiting at a ParcelShop, collect it from there. Still nothing 3 working days after it left us, or 5 in the slower areas above? Email support@hfreeo.com with your order number and we'll chase it with Evri.

Changed your mind. You can cancel for a full refund until your order leaves our warehouse, and for a pre-order that's any time before the cartons ship. After that, our refund policy covers returns. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
